— Shipping

When do you ship out orders?

Despite my busy schedule in college, i find time to ship orders every Fridays of the week. Please be patient with your items! If you need them ASAP, please take into consideration the shipping time and order as early as possible. Time be like that sumtimez :")


What shipping methods do you use?

For local orders, I use Blitz Delivery. They're reliable, and constantly update both me and you through SMS and Viber. For international orders, I go to the local PhilPost office to send my international shipments.


What is the estimated shipping time for my orders?

For local orders around Metro Manila, shipping would take 2 to 3 days, and 3-5 days for provincial orders. For international orders, it would take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on where you are.


Do my orders have tracking numbers?

Yes! I will send them to you once your payments have been settled.


Do you do meet-ups for local orders?

I currently do not :(


Is the shipping cost included in the price of your products?

Nope! Shipping is separate from the price of each product.

Philippines

  • Metro Manila - Php 75
  • Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal - Php 140
  • Other provinces - Php 175

Other places

  • Asia - $5 to $10*
  • Middle East and Pacific - $6 to $10*
  • Europe, US, and Americas - $6 to $12*
  • Africa, Central and South America, the Carribean - $6 to $12*

*Depends on the quantity you order and their corresponding weight.


Do you offer gift-wrapping or custom notes?

Definitely! Let me know in your order form (for local orders) or in the notes section at checkout!


— Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Do you accept returns and refunds?

I unfortunately do not accept these! All sales are final.


I'm not happy with what I got. Can I at least get my item exchanged?

I'm so sorry to hear that :( But again, all sales are final. You can always order again!


What if I receive damaged items? What do I do?

I pack all my orders with love and care, and I make sure they're good to go before I have them shipped. However, on the rare occasions where some are damaged due to unforseen circumstances, send me an email through the form or at [email protected] the day you receive them. We'll work something out, I promise! All hope is NOT lost :)


— Discounts and sales

Can I have a discount?

You will have to wait for certain dates when items are on sale, or when I have discount codes up on my IG!


— Other burning questions

Can I resell your stuff in my area?

Aaaahhh no please! If you have friends who are interested in buying my art, please redirect them to this site! It would mean a lot!


How come my items look different compared to the pictures on your shop?

Please take note that your screen settings may be different from mine, so the print you purchased might be different from what you see on your screen! Nonetheless, I'm sure you'll still love them as much as I had fun making and preparing them for you :-)


Do you accept custom orders?

I assume you mean commissions! You can inquire about them by sending an email to [email protected]. I'll get back to you on that!
